First, you will want to become Pre-Qualified (if applicable). Second, together we will sit down and discuss all of your real estate desires:
1) Location
2) Budget
3) Size (Home/Lot)
4) Personal Preferences
5) Purchase Timeline
Third, we will build YOUR personal search and examine YOUR options. Forth, we will set out and look at the options YOU choose; all the while you will be receiving daily updates on the market via email. Finally, once we have identified the home/property of your dreams we will sit down and draw up an offer and I will negotiate the offer on your behalf if need be.
Once an offer is accepted, we will begin to:
